The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions: if the goods received differ substantially from those advertised on the site or do not correspond to the customer's expectations, the latter can exercise the right of withdrawal within ten days of receiving the product. A necessary condition for the exercise of this right is the substantial integrity of the product and packaging.


It is necessary to send a registered letter with return receipt to the address: Alessandro Flandina - With registered office in Via Cavariccio 50/A 03011 Alatri FR, expressing that you are exercising the right of withdrawal (DLGS 185/99 of 22 May 1999, implementing community directive 97/07/EC ) and providing:

  • The number of the invoice received.
  • The product code for which you decide to exercise the right of withdrawal.
  • Reason for withdrawal

The company will replace the item/s with goods of the customer's choice of equal value. For alternative solutions please contact the store staff directly.

In the event of returning goods due to the right of withdrawal, the shipping costs of your return will not be refunded or discounted.
In the event that the product is damaged or defective, the customer has the right to return it for replacement or repair under warranty.

Sending the goods is the responsibility of the customer; the staff will check whether the defect complies with the warranty coverage and in case of acceptance, the repaired or replaced item will be sent back free of charge after contacting the customer.

The right applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product; the purchased good must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment); In all cases, affixing labels or adhesive tapes directly to the original packaging of the product should be avoided; in accordance with the law, the shipping costs relating to the return of the goods are borne by the customer; Furthermore, delivery costs to the customer and any other additional costs highlighted at the time the order was placed will not be reimbursed; the shipment, until receipt is certified in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer; in the event of damage to the goods during transport, the seller will notify the customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receiving the goods in its warehouses), to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier he has chosen and obtain a refund the value of the property (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the withdrawal request;

The property is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.

Upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transport, and without prejudice to any restoration costs for confirmed damage to the original packaging, the property will agree with the customer on the possible replacement of the products or the their refund which will take place by bank transfer within 14 days of the return.

The right of withdrawal is totally lost, due to the lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents), in cases where the seller ascertains:

  • the use of the goods or opening of the original packaging;
  • the lack of the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging;
  • the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, manuals, parts, ...);
  • damage to the product for reasons other than its transport.

In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, the goods will remain available to the Customer for collection or for a new shipment at his expense.

The right of withdrawal cannot be applied in the case of customized products upon your explicit request at the time of placing the Order.
